Meet Wendy

Wendy is a chartered member of the CIPD (level 7) and has more than 20 years experience working with SMEs and scale ups to deliver effective HR solutions closely matched to the needs of each business and has successfully delivered a wide range of HR projects across the whole spectrum of employee relations. With a passion for employee engagement, Wendy has a fundamental belief that if the leadership values it's people, they will in turn value their business, positively impacting the bottom line in terms of productivity and business success.

About me

I’m a proud mum of two with a love for staying active and embracing life’s adventures.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking with my loyal companion, Harley, a chocolate brown cockapoo who keeps me on my toes. Cycling is another passion of mine, and I’m always ready for a new challenge on two wheels (with a light-hearted apology to any drivers who find cyclists a pain!).

I also value time spent reading, socialising with friends, and I'm a real fan of musical theatre. Whenever I can, I love to travel and explore new places, broadening my perspective and finding fresh inspiration.

I believe in balance — combining family, wellbeing, and personal passions with the dedication I bring to my professional life.
